We are all set for 'Expressive Arts Therapy (EAT) Workshop', 2nd edition on 8th December 2019. EAT is a form of psychotherapy that integrates Dance/Movement Therapy, Art Therapy, Music Therapy, Psychodrama and many more. It promotes Psychological Well being creating mindfulness within you. We had a dynamic group of participants for Second Edition of 'Expressive Arts Therapy Workshop'. Apart from students from Psychology and Performing Arts Background, we were pleased to have Ms Anuksha Khargharia, Dance Movement Therapist and Ms Puja Bhattacharyya, Counselor as our active participants. The vivid backgrounds of our participants made the workshop more interactive, fun and quite informative through exchange of experiences and ideas
